TFE’s General Macro – $72

Ever find yourself making the same consistent pesky errors while transcribing which dramatically slows you down as you constantly have to stop and rewind?  The TFE General Macro is for you!

General Errors:

• Put two spaces after every sentence stop.
• Removes any extra spaces in the middle of your sentences.
• Replaces semicolons with regular colons after your speaker IDs.
• Ensure two spaces appear after every speaker ID.
• Ensure punctuation appear at the end of each sentence.
• Check for accidental blank lines and provide a warning.

Phonetic Checker:

• Find yourself unsure if you’ve marked a name phonetic pages earlier when you run into it a second or third time?  This macro will ensure you only have one (ph) at the first instance of the word.  i.e. it will automatically delete any additional (ph) markings.

Speaker Replace All:

• At the end of your work, run this part of the macro to bring up a speaker replace all box.  Fill out in one place all your IDs to the proper full names.
• Fully customized so you can make speaker names ALL CAPS, regular case, or bold!

Automatic Time Stamper on Enter – $54
